The New Client

The knock on the door was soft and tentative, a sound that perfectly matched the nervous energy of the young man who stepped inside. He looked barely out of his twenties—slim, wiry, and handsome, with a face that carried a mix of stress and curiosity. His slim frame and shy demeanour only highlighted the nervous energy he carried as he glanced around the softly lit studio.

"First time?" I asked, my voice calm and steady.

He nodded, avoiding eye contact as he shuffled in. “Yeah, I’ve never… done anything like this before.”

I smiled reassuringly and gestured toward the table. “No rush. Take your time. Everything here is about relaxing and letting go.”
