Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice so that your appointment may be offered to another client. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of your booking. Any future bookings will require payment in full at the time of booking; if you repeat the cancellation again with less than 24 hours' notice, you will not be given a refund.
